Finally, a pace that matches their potential.

The small-group environment your big thinker deserves.

Our Enrollment Process

At EverCurious Minds, we prioritize a community of true intellectual peers. Because we focus on Ability-Based Learning rather than age-grade placement, our enrollment process is designed to ensure a perfect fit for your child’s unique gifted profile.

Step 3 of a process titled 'Program Invitation' with an illustration of an envelope holding a certificate and a 3D figure beneath.
Step 4: Secure Enrollment with a shield icon, a padlock, and a gate on a green background.
Step 2: Discovery Call & Consultation with icons of a brain, light bulb, phone call, calendar, and handshake on a blue background.

Once we review your inquiry, we will schedule a call or consultation. This is a strategic partnership where we discuss your child’s specific readiness, potential pathways within EverCurious, and how we can bridge the gap to their intellectual fulfillment.

Step 1: Discovery Inquiry

Every journey begins with our Discovery Inquiry. This allows us to understand your child’s intellectual spark, academic history, and social-emotional needs. This step is required for all programs, including Mentorship, Enrichment, and our Fall Full-Day cohort.

Step 2: The Discovery Call & Consultation

After receiving your invitation, you will be directed to our secure Enrollment Portal to finalize registration, complete necessary tuition agreements, and secure your student’s place in our community.

Step 3: Program Invitation

If our model aligns with your child’s needs, you will receive an invitation to join a specific program (Mentorship, Enrichment, or Full-Day). At this stage, we will provide a tailored roadmap for their participation.

Step 4: Secure Enrollment

Cognitive Ability Testing (NGAT)

We administer the Naglieri General Ability Tests. The NGAT identifies raw intellectual potential and logic, often revealing hidden giftedness in 2e (twice-exceptional) learners that traditional tests miss.

Academic Context Review

A thorough review of available school data to ensure your child has the foundational skills needed for our high-level curriculum.

At EverCurious Minds, we believe that gifted is more than just a label, it is a way of processing the world. Because our cohorts are strictly limited to 10–12 students and move at an accelerated pace, we utilize a comprehensive evaluation process.

This ensures that every child in the room is matched with peers who share their intellectual intensity, allowing our students to dive deep into complex inquiries without being held back by a traditional classroom pace.

Philosophy

To ensure our program is the right fit for your child's cognitive and social-emotional needs, all applicants must provide evidence of high cognitive ability and academic readiness. Please submit documentation from one of the following:

  • Existing Eligibility: A formal gifted eligibility letter or recent aptitude scores (CogAT, NNAT, etc.) from a Public or Private School Division.

  • Private Evaluation: A full psycho-educational or neuropsychological report from a Licensed Psychologist (WISC-V, Stanford-Binet, etc.).

  • Academic Context Data: Recent standardized achievement scores (MAP, SOL, VALLS/PALS, i-Ready) to help us understand your child's current academic foundation.

Note for Students Not Yet Identified: If your child has not been formally evaluated by a school division or private psychologist, we offer an in-house Comprehensive Readiness Evaluation to gather the data needed for placement.
